F51 double phase steel is composed of 21% chromium,2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel nitrogen alloy.At present, domestic F51 dual-phase steel products include welded pipe, seamless pipe, steel plate, bar, forging material, strip and so on.Early duplex stainless steels were resistant to moderate uniform corrosion and chloride stress corrosion fracture, but their properties were greatly reduced when used in welding situations.To improve the situation, nitrogen is added to F51 duplex steel, which not only improves the corrosion resistance, but also welds well.It has high strength, good impact toughness and good integral and local stress corrosion resistance.
